📜 Policies & Terms for Paint & Sip Workshops
Deposit Policy
-
A 25% retainer is required at the time of booking.
-
Retainers secure your date/time and cover custom prep work.
-
Retainers are non-refundable, but transferable once within 90 days.
Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation:
-
7+ days before event → Retainer can be transferred to a new date
-
6 days–48 hours → 50% of full balance owed
-
Less than 48 hours → 100% of full balance owed
Studio Cancellation:
-
If I must cancel for emergency or illness, you receive:
-
Full refund
-
OR free reschedule + $25 studio credit

Travel Policy
-
First 20 miles round trip: included
-
Additional mileage: $0.65/mile

Locations requiring tricky access (stairs, elevators, event halls, etc.) should be noted ahead of time
Minimum Attendance

Minimum number of guests required depends on package (generally 6–8).

Final headcount is due 48 hours before the event.
-
You are responsible for payment for the final headcount even if fewer people attend.
Venue + Space Requirements
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, hosts should provide:

Tables and chairs for all guests
-
Access to a sink, if possible
-
Adequate indoor lighting
-
Weather backup plan for outdoor events
I can bring folding tables for an additional fee.
Alcohol Policy
If guests are drinking:

Host is responsible for ensuring safe consumption
-
Under 21 guests must be supervised
-
I do not supply alcohol, mixers, cups, or open containers
Photo + Social Media Release (Specific to Workshops)
By attending a workshop, guests agree that:

Photos of the event, artwork, and group may be used on my website/social media

Guests can opt-out by simply informing me at the start
-
No guest will be tagged without consent
-
Children's names are never shared publicly

You’ll get:

Step 3. Reserve Your Date
A 25% non-refundable retainer secures your workshop.
Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Step 4. Choose Your Painting
You’ll pick from my gallery OR request a custom design (premium package).
Step 5. Event Day
I arrive 30–60 minutes early for setup.
Guests paint, sip, laugh, and create!
Cleanup is included.
