Pricing Tiers for Paint & Sip Workshops

🎨 Standard Paint & Sip Package

$35–$45 per person
Includes:

  • 2-hour guided class

  • 11x14 canvas

  • All supplies

  • Apron & easel

  • Setup + cleanup

  • Choice of preset painting

Min. 6 participants

🎨 Premium Custom Paint & Sip

$50–$65 per person
Includes everything in Standard PLUS:

  • Custom painting created specifically for your event

  • Metallic or specialty paints

  • Themed playlist

  • Light décor setup

Min. 8 participants

🎨 Fundraiser Package

$30 per participant base +
Organization adds $10–$20 per ticket for profit

Includes:

  • Fundraising tips (raffles, silent auction art, etc.)

  • Social media graphics

  • Signage & promotional language

  • Optional painting designed around your cause

🎨 Corporate / Team-Building Package

$350 flat fee (up to 10 people)

  • $30 per person after the first 10

Includes:

  • Travel within 25 miles

  • Icebreaker stations or teamwork painting option

  • Corporate-branded color palette (optional)

$25–$30 per child
(ages 6+, adults welcome)

Includes:

  • Simpler subject options

  • Faster pacing

  • 9x12 or 11x14 canvas

  • Glitter options

  • Birthday banner add-on available

📜 Policies & Terms for Paint & Sip Workshops

Deposit Policy

  • A 25% retainer is required at the time of booking.

  • Retainers secure your date/time and cover custom prep work.

  • Retainers are non-refundable, but transferable once within 90 days.

 

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation:

  • 7+ days before event → Retainer can be transferred to a new date

  • 6 days–48 hours → 50% of full balance owed

  • Less than 48 hours → 100% of full balance owed

Studio Cancellation:

  • If I must cancel for emergency or illness, you receive:

    • Full refund

    • OR free reschedule + $25 studio credit

 

Travel Policy

  • First 20 miles round trip: included

  • Additional mileage: $0.65/mile

  • Locations requiring tricky access (stairs, elevators, event halls, etc.) should be noted ahead of time

 

Minimum Attendance

  • Minimum number of guests required depends on package (generally 6–8).

  • Final headcount is due 48 hours before the event.

  • You are responsible for payment for the final headcount even if fewer people attend.

 

Venue + Space Requirements

To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, hosts should provide:

  • Tables and chairs for all guests

  • Access to a sink, if possible

  • Adequate indoor lighting

  • Weather backup plan for outdoor events

I can bring folding tables for an additional fee.

 

Alcohol Policy

If guests are drinking:

  • Host is responsible for ensuring safe consumption

  • Under 21 guests must be supervised

  • I do not supply alcohol, mixers, cups, or open containers

Photo + Social Media Release (Specific to Workshops)

By attending a workshop, guests agree that:

  • Photos of the event, artwork, and group may be used on my website/social media

  • Guests can opt-out by simply informing me at the start

  • No guest will be tagged without consent

  • Children's names are never shared publicly

📅 How to Book a Paint & Sip Workshop

Step 1. Submit an Inquiry

Through website form, email, or social media DM.
You’ll choose:

  • Event type

  • Location

  • Group size

  • Preferred theme or painting

  • Event vibe (relaxed, silly, fancy, etc.)

Step 2. Receive a Quote

You’ll get:

  • Total estimated cost

  • Available dates

  • Options for themes

Step 3. Reserve Your Date

A 25% non-refundable retainer secures your workshop.
Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

Step 4. Choose Your Painting

You’ll pick from my gallery OR request a custom design (premium package).

Step 5. Event Day

I arrive 30–60 minutes early for setup.
Guests paint, sip, laugh, and create!
Cleanup is included.
