⭐TERMS OF SERVICE — PORTRAIT MAGIC (Photo Editing / Digital Composites)1. Client Submissions By submitting photos, you confirm that:– You own the rights to the photos OR have permission from the photographer.– The photos do not violate copyright, privacy, or trademark laws.– You allow Picture This! to download, edit, store, and deliver files.2. Editing ScopeIncludes color correction, composite work, creative transformations, and artistic enhancements. Does not include heavy reconstruction unless agreed upon.3. Revisions– Includes up to 2 minor revisions.– Additional revisions billed at $10–$25 depending on complexity.4. DeliveryDigital files only (JPEG/PNG). Prints available for an additional fee.5. RefundsBecause of the digital nature of the service, no refunds after work has begun.6. Turnaround TimeTypically 3–14 days, depending on image count and complexity.7. Photo Permission Edited images may be used for portfolio unless client opts out.

⭐ TERMS OF SERVICE — PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS1. Booking & Payment– A non-refundable retainer (25–50%) is required.– Remaining balance due before or at the session.2. Cancellations & Rescheduling– Must be rescheduled within 6 months.– Weather-related changes will be handled case by case.– Illness: sessions may be rescheduled at no charge.3. Session ConductSafety is a priority. Photographer may end session if unsafe behavior occurs (no refund).4. Editing StyleAll images are edited in Picture This! Creative Studio’s style.No RAW files provided.5. DeliverablesClients receive digital galleries unless otherwise stated.6. Image Rights Clients receive printing rights, NOT copyright. Images may be used for marketing unless client opts out.

Missed SessionsMissed sessions cannot be refunded but may be swapped or rescheduled depending on the package terms.4. Price LockPricing is locked for duration of the contract.5. CancellationEarly cancellation requires repayment of discounted session value.

Client ResponsibilitiesFor murals:– Area must be clean, accessible, and safe.– Client must disclose any wall issues (dampness, deterioration).5. Final SaleCustom work is non-refundable.
